The location next to the train station was ideal for our travel plans. The friendly welcome from the front desk staff made us feel instantly relaxed after a long journey.

The room was spacious with great amenities, but the air conditioning didn't cool well at night. Walking tours around Lyon provide wonderful experiences.

Navigating to the hotel was a hassle due to roadworks!!! Parking nearby was a pain, and the room lighting really needed an upgrade for everyday tasks!!! I had to wait far too long for a simple light bulb replacement!!!

the staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. breakfast was outstanding with fresh fruits and a delightful selection of pastries! great location near public transport made exploring easy. 😊

a few more dining options nearby would be nice.

Couple seeking convenience

The location is right next to the train station,,, making it perfect for travelers like us who got off the train and basically walked straight into the hotel. The check-in was a breeze,, really cute staff that made us feel at home right away.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but for what we got, I’d say it was acceptable.

Unfortunately, the TV channels were limited, and the air conditioning was non-functional, making the room uncomfortably warm during the night. On a positive note, the location was convenient, being close to transportation links and eateries.

Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and great shower with excellent water pressure made my stay enjoyable, while the location was perfect for quick access to transportation only a 5-minute stroll away.

I found the room to be really spacious, and it was even soundproof, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep despite being so close to the train station. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a broad array of tasty options. However, I noticed the lighting in the room was quite dim, which could benefit from some improvement.

i had a great stay at mercure. the staff was very nice and attentive, especially at the reception. our room was spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast offered a tasty variety. being right by the train station made it super convenient for us as travelers.

overall, i strongly recommend.
